Before concentrating its activities in 2 core fields (logistics and infrastructure development), our company engaged in different investments from 2005 to 2008 ( An Binh Bank, An Binh Securities, Hoi An hotel and resort, Drug Chain Store “DCS”). In 2008, as Board of Directors decided to change our strategy in order to concentrate in our core business, BKI exited from all these projects. There are still two old investment projects from which we will pull out in a near future:

• Office for Lease Project: BKI is a joint investor of the office-for-lease high rise building in the prime center of District No. 1, in Ho Chi Minh City. This project amounts to around USD 150 million.


• Investing in setting up TC Capital Vietnam, this is a joint venture company with TC Capital Advisory Ltd Singapore (having major ownership portion of the entity). TC Capital Vietnam' scope of business is mainly in financial service sector and providing comprehensive financial instruments such as capital financing, strategic financial advisory, asset management domestically and internationally. TC Capital Singapore has been regarded as a leader firm in financial advisory sector in all over Pacific - Asia region with the most reputational, expertise and experience team of management and execution.
